This kit is for the Maryland Sheep & Wool Virtual Workshop ONLY *

Using wool felt as a base, you’ll learn needle felting basics and artistic techniques to create a lovely seascape. You’ll also learn shading techniques that allow you to create rocks that look surprisingly real, water that recedes into the distance and believable clouds. Workshop includes discussion of art techniques for perspective and design. Due to the huge range of frames and personal tastes, I won’t be providing a frame for this piece. but, we will discuss the various ways of framing needle felted art.

Kit contains: wool roving in a range of colors, 8"x8" piece of wool felt and 2 needles.

NOTE: Kit does NOT include work surface or frame.

* Make sure you register for this workshop (on Sunday, January 26th, 2025) first to ensure you have a spot, then purchase the kit. Kits must be purchased by January 10th to make sure you receive the workshop materials in time!
