You've crossed the line into ART. You stand along side landscape painters but you "paint" your landscape with wool. Then a breeze comes up... I've experienced it. So...introducing my plein air felting pochade* box!   My all wood invention holds your necessities: wool, needles, small carders, and a foam surface to work on. Use it together or separate the top and bottom to have the pad on an easel (not included) or your lap  with your wool palette next to you. My 11" x 14" x 5" plein air felting wool board comes in a handy backpack for trekking to an inspirational view. Each backpack has drawstrings that are much softer on your shoulders than the usual drawstring backpack. It also features a zippered pocket on the outside and a small pocket inside. What the heck is a Pochade Box? Pochade boxes are compact boxes where plein air artists can store their most used supplies and produce work on the inside of the lid. These boxes are traditionally used for outdoor painting but can also be used in the studio, home, or classroom.
